About Me
Bio
I'm a California state board certified doctor of veterinary medicine. I earned my vet degree from University of California, Davis in 2003. After graduating, I completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital, and then continued practicing veterinary medicine for 5 years at VCA Coast Animal Hospital in Hermosa Beach.
I have received additional training in client communication through Pfizer's FRANK™ Veterinary Communication Program and small animal acupuncture through The Chi Institute of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
Philosophy
I believe the best vet care is based on trust, and that the best treatment happens in a comfortable environment. Treating pets in their own space often puts less stress on the animal, making it a better experience for everyone. My appointments are scheduled so that I can spend more time with you and your pet. This allows me to take more time bonding with your pet and provide a more comprehensive explanation of your pet's health. I strive to provide all the information you need so that together, we can come to the best decisions for you and your pet.
